That would have forced England, who lead the series 2-1, to call up a replacement for the fifth and final one-day international at Trent Bridge on Wednesday.But an England and Wales Cricket Board update on Monday revealed there was no break and Trott and the teams medical staff will wait 24 hours before deciding if he is fit to feature against the Proteas.X-ray of hand rules out any major fracture, the ECB statement said. Further medical assessment required tomorrow (Tuesday).
