Ex-mill price of 100 kg sugar bag has declined to Rs 4,800 in the wholesale market.

Sugar prices witnessed a continuous fall as compared to the previous data.In Lahore, rate of 100 kg sugar bag stood at 4,800 which is available at Rs 50 to Rs 60 per kilogram for consumers in the retail market. In the utility stores sugar is available at Rs. 42 per kg.According to market sources, the retail price of sugar may remain same during this week due to decrease in ex-mill rate.
