Gold price surges by Rs 700 per tola

Price of the precious metal surged in local and international market on Friday.

According to All Pakistan Jewellers Association, 10-gram gold price increased by Rs 599 to close at Rs 48,685, while one tola gold price reached Rs 56,800.In international market, gold price registered a growth of $24 an ounce.
