Trading Corporation of Pakistan has accepted the bids for sugar import to satisfy the public demands.TCP sources told Dunya News that bidding could be floated till May 8 for the import of 2 lac tonnes sugar, which would be ensued by opening of commodity tenders.The lowest bidder would get the tender. Collectively Pakistan would import around 12 ,00,000 metric tonnes sugar this year, while 5,00,000 metric tones would be imported till mid-May and the rest till July.
