The euro fell as low as $1.2766 earlier, its lowest point against the dollar since Sept. 11.In Greece, two votes in Parliament this week could determine if the cash-strapped country stays in the European monetary union.The British pound fell to $1.5972 from $1.6021.The dollar rose to 0.9435 Swiss franc from 0.9411 Swiss franc and to 99.68 Canadian cents from 99.56 Canadian cents.The dollar fell to 80.26 Japanese yen from 80.42 Japanese yen.
