Increase in gold prices was recorded in local and international markets as the gold hit record high on Tuesday. The gold reached the price of Rs 33,000 per tola, up Rs 400 across the country including Karachi. Gold price reached Rs 28,285 with an addition of Rs 343. In international market, gold price surged to $1,065. The continuously lowering price of dollar is cause of surge in gold prices, analysts said.
