Government has started borrowed from the State Bank of Pakistan.

Federal Government has started again relying on banking sector to meet its high fiscal deficit and it borrowed Rs 1110 billion during August 17 to 24.Volume of federal government borrowing has crossed Rs 216.80 billion.Rising borrowing trend from domestic sources reflects that the government is facing serious financial problems and still relying on banking system to meet its high fiscal deficit, bankers said.
