Hundreds of Chileans protest Obama visit

About 500 people gathered in Santiago to voice their opposition to visit of Barack Obama.

Protesters shouted down with capitalism and held signs against imperialism. One group of demonstrators burned the US flag.Obama visited Chile as part of a Latin American tour that also includes Brazil and El Salvador. He met with Chilean President Sebastian Pinera and delivered a speech about Latin Americas growing international influence.The march ended up being dispersed by Chilean police. Local media reported that 15 people were arrested.
