UN, AU probe in Libya unrest: Gaddafi

During an interview to a French newspaper, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi said that he wants the UN of African Union to investigate the unrest continuing in Libya.

He stated that three Dutch soldiers captured in Libya during an unauthorised rescue operation were prisoners this was normal. The three were taken captive in Sirte in the north of Libya on Sunday in a botched attempt to evacuate two civilians, a Dutch engineer and one other European, by navy helicopter, he added during his interview. Gaddafi also said that he is fighting war against terror in which international community is supporting him.
