Summary Asgari was denied a flight to Boston from Germany after she landed there from Switzerland
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Iranian scientist has sued President of the United States (POTUS), Donald J. Trump on Wednesday after she was denied entry in the country following the Executive Order over travel ban.
Samira Asgari, an Iranian national based in Switzerland who was heading to Boston after she earned a job at Harvard Medical School lab was denied entry in the States.
The incident came in after federal judges had issued injunction against Trump’s travel ban on seven Muslim countries including Iran.
Asgari was denied a flight to Boston after she landed in Germany from Switzerland last weekend.
The lawsuit holds officers of Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection as defendants.
