RIYADH (Web Desk) - Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Labor and Social Development has announced that the employers who hold back the passports of workers without their written consent will be penalized.

According to the spokesman of the ministry, Khalid Abalkhail, a fine of 2000 Saudi riyals per worker will be imposed on the employer.
