Summary Central information commission gave verdict after six years of incident, proving Indian brutality

ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – An encounter that took lives of three Muslim youth in 2010 in the Indian held Kashmir has on Sunday been proven fake. In its verdict, after six years of the incident, Indian Central Information Commission has declared Machal tragedy as fake.

The commission has demanded the record of the perpetrators involved in the incident from Indian army. Kashmiri freedom fighter Yasin Malik’s wife Mishal Malik has also demanded the international community to take notice.

Indian state terrorism has been proven yet again in Kashmir as the commission investigating Machal tragedy has declared the incident, which caused three Muslim youth from Kapwara to die, as fake. The commission also demanded the record of the officials involved in the incident within 15 days.

Mishal Malik has said that the decision by the commission was enough to open the eyes of the world to Indian brutality in the valley.
