American cartoonist Molly Norris whose work inspired the controversial Everybody Draw Muhammad Page on Facebook has condemned the effort and issued an apology to Muslims. Molly Norris, of Seattle, in her cartoon satirically proposed May 20 as an Everybody Draw Muhammad Day.I apologize to Muslims and ask that this day be called off, the American cartoonist added.It is pertinent to mention that Norris drew a cartoon of Prophet Muhammad in April to protest the decision taken by the US television channel to cancel an episode of the popular show South Park over its depiction of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
