A South Korean navy ship sank near the disputed North Korea border, rescue teams search for missing sailors. 10 navy and coast guard vessles, patrolled the waters off Baengnyeong island near where the ship sank, searching the area and wreckage.According to a statement issued by the defence ministry stated that 58 of the 104 on board had been rescued while at least 46 people on board had died. South Korea ruled out the chance that North Korea was involved in the sinking of the ship.The defence ministry added they were investigating whether it was the result of an explosion on board the vessel. The ship sank near the disputed Yellow Sea border off the west coast of the peninsula.
