North Korea plans to return to the six-party talks scheduled for next month. The six-party talks stalled earlier last year.North Korea will also present its own roadmap for de-nuclearization at the six-nation forum, however North Korea added that the roadmap for denuclearization would be linked with the responses of America, South Korea, China, Russia and Japan during the talks.The North began to boycott the on-again-off-again nuclear talks last April after the U.N. denounced its rocket launch, which the North said was a scientific research, but the U.S. and its allies said it was a disguised long-missile testing.
