In the latest development on Dr Aafia Case two more FBI officers have said that they cannot claim with certainty whether Dr Aafia was involved or not in shooting of the American soldiers using a M4 rifle, they also said that they did not see the sign of bullet on the wall FBI ballistics expert, Carlo Rosati, who testified on the fourth day of Dr. Aafia Siddqui. Rosati testified that the firearms he examined in this case used to shoot the defendant and the M-4 rifle that the defendant allegedly used to attempt to kill U.S. officers, were operable and functioning at the time of testing.Rosati also testified that the M-4 rifle was capable of delivering fully automatic fire and therefore qualified as a machine gun.He also said that based on his examination, one 9-mm bullet and two 9-mm cartridge cases recovered at the crime scene were fired from the Chief Warrant Officers 9-mm pistol. Dr Aafia shouted and said that she can bring peace to Afghanistan in 1day. The judge turned her out of the court on these remarks. The proceedings of the case would continue next week.
