India seeks peaceful resolution of all issues with China

India's Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao mentioned that India is determined to resolve peacefully all outstanding issues pertaining to China, the border issue in particular. She said this while speaking to the media persons outside the Parliament House in New Delhi on Tuesday. India and China have a long-standing border dispute and have made little progress in resolving it, despite several rounds of talks. On this score, Nirupama Rao said that measures have been put in place to ensure peace and tranquility in the regions skirting the India-China border.
