Summary Egypt's President Mohammed Morsi has said that he will reshuffle the cabinet soon.

CAIRO (AP) - Egypt s President Mohammed Morsi says he will reshuffle the cabinet soon, a key demand of his opposition amid divisive turmoil over a myriad of issues.

In an interview with the Al-Jazeera satellite channel, Morsi said the reshuffle would involve a number of key ministries, although he didn t say how many.

He also did not give a timeline for the cabinet changes or say which ministries would be affected.

It would be the second reshuffle since Morsi took office in July.

The opposition is demanding a more inclusive government, a key step that could help build consensus for reforms needed for a nearly $5 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund,

The interview aired Saturday, a day after violent street clashes were sparked by concerns over the independence of the judiciary.
