Former police commissioner Hassan Ghafoor has now disclosed that more damage in Mumbai attacks was done because some of the officers refused to comply with his orders. Police commissioner at the time of Mumbai attacks criticized some of the senior police officials and said that, had they obeyed his orders at that time, Mumbai attacks would not have claimed so many lives then. He also disclosed that the joint commissioner at that time refused to enter Hotel Trident; where as additional commissioner crime and additional commissioner anti terrorist squad also declined orders of their senior officials.
