Iran should be stopped from obtaining nukes: German Chancellor

Tehran must be prevented from obtaining a nuclear weapon and should be told the West will not tolerate any efforts to make nuclear arsenals, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said in a speech before the US Congress. She said there is limited patience in the talks with Iran to come clean about its nuclear activities. Iran knows our offer, but Iran also knows where we draw the line, Merkel said.
