US Foreign Office representative Ian Kelly has said that argument upon Kerry-Lugar bill is still underway in Pakistan, neither has Pakistan declined it. Giving a briefing to the media in US Foreign Office he said that many different kinds of suggestions upon the Kerry-Lugar bill are emerging but the points of this bill need to be highlighted.
