International Commission on Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament (ICNND) Gareth Evans has appealed Pakistan and India to give up nuclear arms. Addressing the two-day regional conference of the commission in New Delhi Evans maintained that if Pakistan and India sing the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) and NPT and US and China take initiative in validating these agreements then the rest of the countries would also follow the course. Evans told that he had taken practical steps to implement US resolutions, conventions and agreements after Dr AQ Khans issue. Yoriko Kawaguchi, other Co-Chairman of the Commission believed that terrorist could dangerously use nuclear weapons if they or the non-state actors managed to get to them.
