A military judge is considering whether a terrorism expert will testify during the trial of the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood shooting rampage.Maj. Nidal Hasans defense team doesnt want Evan Kohlmann to testify at the court-martial starting in less than two weeks. They say the prosecution doesnt need Kohlmanns testimony or 50-page report on Hasans case to show a motive or premeditation.Kohlmann testified via telephone at the pretrial hearing Thursday. He said Hasan meets six factors that indicate someone is a homegrown terrorist including having three videos on his computer.Hasan is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the November 2009 shootings at the Texas Army post.Hasan faces the death penalty if convicted.
