Summary People enjoyed a pancake with diameter of 3.65 which was prepared in Uyghur region of China.
With a similar shape as pizza, the pancake is also called Chinese pizza by local youths. This huge pizza was made of various ingredients prepared for two days by 11 chefs, including 200-kilogram flour, 60-kilogram mutton, 50-kilogram unions, eight-kilogram salt, 80-kilogram water and two-kilogram pepper as well as cumin. It had been cooked for three days and was enough for 1,000 people.Because of its immense size, six chefs rolled the dough with about five-meter-long steel rolling rods for four hours to prepare the two out-layers, and later cooked it in an oven with a diameter of more than four meters. The kitchen board was also very big with a diameter of four and a half meters.The hard work finally paid off. People loved the pancake and felt very excited to see and eat such a huge pizza.
