UAE restaurant selling world's most expensive Biryani
DUBAI (Web Desk) - Dubai-based Indian restaurant Bombay Borough has introduced the most expensive biryani in the UAE, and presumably, the world.
‘The Royal Gold Biryani’, available at the Dubai International Financial Center, is adorned with gold foils and is valued at 1,000 AED, which amounts to PKR 43,275.
Praising the biryani on Instagram, the restaurant management wrote, "The dish of the season has arrived! Introducing the Royal Gold Gold biryani, Dubai’s most expensive Biryani."
A single plate consists of Kashmiri lamb kebabs wrapped in gold foil, Old Delhi lamb chops, Rajput chicken kebabs, Mughlai koftas, and Malai chicken roast served with saffron biryani.
The dish is complimented with a wide variety of sauces, curries and raitas. Served on a large platter or ‘thaal’, the royal dish is garnished with 23 karat edible gold foil.
The restaurant says that customers should book their orders in advance as on the spot orders would take about 45 minutes to prepare.
