A Florida woman who has exceeded her wedding budget has gone out of control and is raising money and gathering volunteers with her Twitter account.Yolanda Kelsey of Riverview who is getting married to Anthony Long had total wedding budget of $5,000, but costs quickly ballooned to $12,000. The Twitter money drive has only raised her $13 so far but it has also attracted volunteers to do her makeup and create centerpieces.Yolanda Kelsey will be tying her wedding knot on August 13. Her twitter account introduces her as: “I am a creative bride-to-be that started the $1 campaign for wedding day bliss.”
