German undertaker accused of robbing gold teeth of the dead
(Web Desk) - A local cemetery worker in the German city of Würzburg is said to be pulling golden teeth from the deceased. Police were alerted of this through his superiors and during a house search, police officers found up to 30 grams of gold.
According to information from a German news website, a cemetery worker is said to have desecrated up to twenty graves from September 2019. He allegedly stole the gold teeth and jewelry of the dead. The police was alerted of the heinous acts of the undertaker by his employer.
Investigators were given a search warrant after which they found up to 30 grams of gold at the gravedigger’s home. A ring and a total of eleven pieces of dental gold were recovered.
