(Dunya News) – 83-year-old Italian man Angelo Boletti has been ordered to pay €166 over complaints about 4.30am wake-up call by his rooster.
Boletti reacted, “I am speechless, what was the need.”
The fine was imposed on the basis of a local rule that states pets should be at least 32.8 feet from neighboring houses.
“I can appeal, but where do I go at 83? I will not stop here: I will contact the Police Headquarters, the Prefecture, everyone,” Boletti continued.
