Summary A Wisconsin family got quite a surprise when they looked in their backyard on Tuesday.
They found a bear in need of 40 winks, napping in the snow. Officials came to the house of Janice Tappa and chased the bear up a tree. But a short time later, it came back down and went right back to sleep. Officials say their policy is to leave black bears alone if they arent causing problems or are a threat.
