The group meets up every last Saturday of the month, to share jokes, sing, eat snacks and jog for a very respectable 8 kilometres. The group was formed ten years ago when three of its members met at a running event organized by a supermarket chain and decided to team up for a relay race.Ten years have gone by and not only did their friendship grow stronger, but their muscles did too.According to the members, the encounters motivate them to stay fit.
