Summary ECP has been named for Guinness World Record for launching worlds biggest SMS voter list service.
According to Election Commission of Pakistan, the details has been sought to nominate the name of ECP in Guinness World Record.In this regard, the EC has received a letter from the Guinness management for confirmation which would be set to the world institution.
