(Dunya News) - A research team at Knowledge Management department of Shah Abdul Aziz University of Saudi Arabia has made a break through by converting the original holy book of Quran into electronic form.
The Quranic verses have been converted to Braille symbols, a global form of written language for blind people.
The innovation is bound to help a great deal the people with impaired vision across the globe as each page of the holy book has scroll feature wherein the Quranic verses in Braille language unfold on touch of fingers by reader.
The usage of advanced technology for the purpose has put the difficulty in recitation of the Holy Quran for blind person s to an end. The Braille Quran consists of 6 volumes.
