Pak Suzuki Motor Company launches Alto 660cc
It also comes with a modern and sleek Hatchback Aerodynamic design.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pak Suzuki Motor Company on Satu¬rday introduced the new ALTO 660cc, the replacement of Mehran, at the Pak-China Friendship Centre in Islamabad.
This is Pak Suzuki’s first locally-manufactured car and it comes with a 660cc R-series engine, modern design and spacious interior. There are three models of the car – the Suzuki Alto VX (without AC), Suzuki Alto VXR (with AC) and Suzuki Alto VXL AGS (with AC and automatic transmission).
The price ranges from Rs999,000 to Rs1,295,000. Pak Suzuki claims it is providing a fuel efficient and spacious car with modern design. The company is offering a three-year or 60,000km warranty.
The new car is the replacement of the iconic 800cc Mehran, the company’s top-selling vehicle for the last 30 years.
Senior Managers of the company launched the ‘Pearl Red’ coloured model of the car, while there are six more colour variants at a ceremony held at Pak-China Friendship Centre.
It was earlier launched at the Pakistan Auto Show 2019 in Karachi in April, and subsequently the company stopped further booking of ‘Mehran’.
The Suzuki Alto VXL is equipped with ABS brakes, two SRS bags, power windows, a multimedia touchscreen and power steering.
It also comes with a modern and sleek Hatchback Aerodynamic design. The product incorporates a high-rigidity, low-weight body that maximises performance and is in line with the latest international trends.
