Samsung Electronics unveils expected price of first foldable smartphone

(Web Desk) - Renowned South Korean Samsung Electronics has decided to launch its first foldable smartphone in March, with a fifth-generation (5G) network-powered Galaxy S10.
According to a report released by South Korean news agency, the Korean tech giant has planned to release the flagship Galaxy S10 smartphone in February 2019.
Sources further added that the price of the foldable mobile has not been decided still, adding that may be its cost to be set around US$1,770 ( PKR 2,37,000).
Koh Dong-jin, Samsung Electronics President and also heads the mobile business, said "company is to unveil a foldable smartphone with the first half of 2019".
Source privy to industry said Samsung is likely to release the upcoming cell phone in the Mobile World Congress in February before its official launch.
Samsung said the upcoming foldable smartphone will fold inward, and will sport a 7.4-inch screen when unfolded and have a 4.6-inch display like a regular smartphone when folded.
