Sajid Sadpara honoured late father's wish

LAHORE (Web Desk) - Pakistan’s mountaineering community is abuzz with excitement as Sajid Sadpara, a renowned mountaineer, made history by scaling Mount Everest without the support of supplemental oxygen and assistance from Sherpas.

Sajid accomplished this incredible feat on Sunday in Nepal, becoming the first Pakistani to climb the world’s highest peak without the aid of supplemental oxygen.

This remarkable achievement has put Pakistan on the world map for mountaineering, as Sajid is the first Pakistani to scale Everest without the assistance of supplemental oxygen.

Sajid is well on his way to climbing all 14 eight-thousanders without the aid of supplemental oxygen. He has already summited K2, Gasherbrum-I, and Gasherbrum-II in Pakistan, as well as Manaslu in Nepal, without the aid of supplemental oxygen.
