Inquiry committee formed over poor performance in Asia Hockey Cup
LAHORE (Dunya News) - A three-member inquiry committee was formed on Sunday considering the poor performance of the Pakistan hockey team in the Asia Cup and its exclusion from the World Cup.
Pakistan hockey team won a lone victory over the host in Asia Cup in Indonesia. The national squad lost the World Cup due to a draw with India and a defeat to Japan.
The Hockey Federation formed a three-member inquiry committee headed by Olympian Kaleemullah, which will review the poor performance and submit a report to the President PHF on June 20.
