International footballers Kaka, Figo arrive in Karachi to launch World Soccer Stars event
The duo will make special appearances in Karachi and Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Renowned football stars Ricardo Kaka and Luis Figo have arrived in Karachi today (Thursday) to take part in the launch of World Soccer Stars event.
Government of Pakistan also informed about the arrival of the footballer on their official Twitter account saying, “Football icons Ricardo Kaka and Luis Figo arrived in #Karachi to formally launch World Soccer Stars event.

As per details, the duo will make special appearances at The Pearl Continental in Karachi, and at The Packages Mall in Lahore.
During their ten-hour stay, they will also address a press conference at a local hotel in Karachi.
In previous tweet, Kaka had said, “Hello Pakistan! I’m on my way. Looking forward to spend a few days with you guys.”

Earlier, the Brazilian mid-fielder and former Portuguese captain even greeted Prime Minister Imran Khan in a video message on Twitter.
“I am delighted to visit Pakistan and play an instrumental role in promoting and helping football in the country. I have never been to Pakistan so I am really excited to come and play football whilst helping unearth hidden talent,” said Kaka.
Figo shared the enthusiasm with his fellow mate saying, “It’s exciting to see another emerging country in Asia embrace football,” he said.
“I’m certain in a population of 220 million, there must be huge potential waiting to emerge into the international scene,” he added.
