ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – As Pakistan is hosting Davis Cup tie after a lapse of 12 years, the star tennis player Aisam-ul-Haq has expressed that it feels great to play in front of Pakistani crowd.
Aisam-ul-Haq professed this at press conference alongside Pakistan captain Rasheed Malik and other players.
He commented that Davis Cup is undoubtedly one of the biggest events of tennis and he is pleased to play in his own country.
The captain of Iranian tennis team revealed that the environment for sports within Pakistan is favorable and there is no security issue inside Pakistan.
It is also worth mentioning that Pakistan and Iran will face each other in Davis Cup tie from 3rd to 5th Feb.
