18-member squad named for Asian Champions Trophy
Full-back Irfan Senior has been named as captain of the side
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced 18-member squad for Asian Champion Trophy being played at Kuanton, the state capital of Pehang from October 20 to 30, reported Dunya News.
Full-back Irfan Senior has been named as captain of the side while centre-forward Haseem Khan was also recalled for the Asian Champion Trophy.
Hanif Khan will accompany the team as a manager while Khawaja Junaid has been pronounced head coach for the tournament.
Pakistan will play its arch-rival India on October 23 in the Asian Champions Trophy.
