LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has on Tuesday come up with yet another strange logic after Abdul Sattar Hockey Stadium in Hyderabad was rented out to a circus company. PHF Secretary Shahbaz Senior has said that driving motorbikes doesn’t damage Astroturf, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media, PHF Secretary said that the motorbikes were not run on the blue Astroturf but in the pink zone. He added that the motorbikes are not heavy enough to damage the Astroturf.
Coach Khawaja Junaid said that driving motorbikes in a specific zone should be allowed for the welfare of the players.
PHF also announced to investigate the issue and bring out the facts within two days.
