South Africa have defeated Pakistan by 57 runs in the last and decisive one-day of the 5 ODI Series between the two countries, winning the series 3-2. Jacques Kallis and Pieterson took 3 wickets each for their side while Steyn took two wickets and Tsotsobe could grab only one. Pakistani batsmen could only stay at the crease for 44.5 overs.Earlier the South African team set a difficult and competitive target of 318 for Pakistan in the last and decisive one-day international between the two cricket giants here in Dubai Cricket Stadium. Courtesy Jacques Kallis's 83 runs while JP Duminy also fired 59 of just 41 balls. Hashim Amla and AB de'Villiers also made valuable contributions of 62 and 61 respectively. Umer Akmal showed some resistance from the Pakistan side by scoring 60 runs, supported by Muhammad Hafeez's 59 but to no avail. For todays ODI, Pakistan had made three changes while their opponents made just two changes. Shahzaib Hassan and Muhammad Yousaf were included in the side in place of Imran Farhat and Asad Shafiq respectively. Also Umer Akmal hadreplaced the mysteriously missing wicket-keeper batsman Zulqarnain Haider.
