The Argentine senate gave the Delfo Cabrera Prize 2010 to the ex-soccer icon and former coach of Argentina's national football team Diego Maradona, along with other sportsmen such as Agustn Pichot and Juan Curuchet. I come from a bad experience, but the team played as I wanted. I'm upright to keep on fighting, said Maradona referring to his performance as the head of the national football team during the speech he delivered after receiving the golden medal of the Delfo Cabrera prize. We are proud of receiving this prize, because it's not easy to make Argentines happy and we were lucky, Maradona highlighted. Maradona also vowed to work harder till his team brings world cup home.
