International Olympic Committees president Jacques Rogge has arrived in India on Saturday to attend the grand opening ceremony of Commonwealth Games. Rogge reached Delhi Airport, along with his wife, chief staff and 20 senior officials and was taken to the hotel under strict security. He would attend the opening ceremony as a chief guest. He would also likely to meet with the delegations participating in the event and review the games venue and the Village erected to accommodate the players.
