A shoving match broke out on Friday at the weigh-in for this weekend's title fight between WBA super lightweight champion Amir Khan of Britain and challenger Paulie Malignaggi of New York.The boxers nearly came to blows when tension between the fighters and their entourages sparked an hysterical outbreak of pushing and shoving that security officers had to break up. Khan's manager Asif Vali countered that Malignaggi and his team knew the weigh-in at Essex House on the edge of Central Park was open. They knew it was going to be open to the public, he said.
