STOCKHOLM (AFP) - Star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was Sweden s most popular sportsman in 2013 for the fifth year in a row, according to a poll by local newspaper Aftonbladet published Wednesday.

"It makes you feel alive," Ibrahimovic told Aftonbladet.

The 32-year-old Paris Saint-Germain player received 58.7 percent of the vote.

"This means that you ve done something right and that you keep doing it," he said.

"You try to make everybody have a good time and remember you for what you did on the field."

In second, third and fourth places came three Swedish cross-country skiers -- Charlotte Kalla (45.7 percent), Johan Olsson (13.4 percent) and Marcus Hellner (12.0 percent).
