According to media reports, when winning U-16 team reached Lahore on Tuesday, it was received very warmly by dancing and chanting fans at airport.
The PHF officials were also very happy on junior team’s success in Junior Asia Cup and they declared this victory a result of an excellent strategy of the team and officials in the tournament.
The winning junior players expressed their joy over the victory and said victories against Asian teams have boosted their moral.
This Junior Asia Cup victory has opened door of Youth Olympics in China for Pakistan squad next year.
