Britains Paul Bonhomme won the final of Red Bull Air Race in Portugal after an excellent and unbelievable performance. In the air race, pilots had to pass through 17 air gates on the Douro River. Britains Paul Bonhomme crossed the gates skillfully and won the race. Bonhomme defeated the defending champion Hannes Arch by 4 points. It was the second 2009 win for Bonhomme. He said that he was very happy and he will try to win Air Race World Championship in Spain in October.
