Police have been allegedly keeping the specimens of a raped girl in police station instead of sending them to the hospital for examination, while her brothers suicide has also been dubbed as murder, Dunya News reported on Wednesday. Two people allegedly raped a married woman, Tassawar, after abducting her in a village of Malakwal. Police freed the culprits after a settlement with them. Later, her brother committed suicide upon failure of authorities to arrest the culprits who raped his sister. The father of the victim has said that his son, who was studying in Karachi, came to home town to pursue the Tassawar case. He demanded for an urgent arrest of the accused, however, the local SHO misbehaved with him due to which he committed suicide. Their relatives have appealed the Chief Justice to take notice of the incident.
