Summary
Two suspected criminals, wanted by the Punjab Police in cases including abduction for ransom and killing of innocent people, were allegedly killed by their partners in an encounter while in custody of Police in Gujranwala.The encounter began when the criminals were being taken to assist the police for apprehension of their partner Muhammad Shahzad. The criminals were killed when their partners started firing on the police near Sabzi Mandi. According to Police the remaining gang managed to escape from the scene.
