Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry of the Lahore High Court (LHC) has urged the government to control ISI. He made these remarks during a hearing of proceedings about missing Doctor Ali Abdullah of the Jinnah Hospital.Ali Abdullah was abducted around 20 days ago. The petitioner alleged that the personnel of intelligence agencies had abducted him as he was on his way home from the hospital. Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Naveed Inayat Malik filed a reply from the Defence Ministry, wherein it was submitted that the Military Intelligence (MI) had no knowledge regarding the whereabouts of the missing doctor.Justice Ijaz Ahmed urged that the ISI should be accountable to the law. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 19.
